DISCC is a non-profit Indian association created in 1991 by Dr Tulsi to come to the aid of underprivileged children in the city of Varanasi.:

DEVA International Society for Child Care.

DEVA Europe is an association created by Jean-Max Tassel in January 2000 and regulated by the French law of 1901. Its purpose is to bring financial and moral aid to DISCC.
